However, there are some minor drawbacks: we encountered a defect and needed a technician, who promptly arrived within days and provided a solution. Also, for people 5’2″ or less, the chair doesn’t fit very well. Those of us shorter than us use neck pillows for added comfort and to keep our feet comfortable. However, it provides a satisfying massage.
